Sioux Falls Man Arrested for Driving Van Stolen in Indiana

A Sioux Falls man was arrested Tuesday night after police say he was stopped while driving a vehicle that had been reported stolen in Indiana.

Sergeant Steve Van't Hul says patrol officers had been advised at the beginning of their shift of information from the National Crime Information Center that the stolen 2002 Audi might be in the city:

Van't Hul says 32-year-old Deandre Cannon of Sioux Falls was arrested around 10:20pm for possession of a stolen vehicle.

Van't Hul says the vehicle had been stolen in Valparaiso, Indiana, but further information was not available.
