A Sioux Falls teen was found by a relative in his home after he had been beaten on Saturday night.

"She saw several teenagers inside the home," Police Spokesman Sam Clemens told us. "They took off once she arrived. She then found her relative had been beat up. He had pretty extensive injuries and was taken to the hospital."

"We don't have a whole lot of details as to what really took place in the home because he was intoxicated and not able to talk to the officers," continued Clemens. "We are still trying to figure out what actually happened there."

When the family member went inside of the home in the 100 Block of South Duluth Avenue, Clemens says she found three teenage boys and a teenage girl inside.

The teen suffered facial injuries.
