A mysterious sea creature decided to pull what could be the best ocean photobomb of the year. June Emerson of Manhatten Beach, Ca., was taking a picture of her children playing in ocean over the weekend.

She didn’t even realize the sea creature hiding in her photo until she checked the camera in the car.

The photo, which she posted on her Facebook page, has since gone viral with the internet buzzing about what kid of sea creature this really is. While surfers and lifeguards told Emerson it’s definitely a shark, she told her kids it was a dolphin as not to scare them.

Whatever it is, it’s an amazing photograph!
