Sandy Hook Kids ‘Somewhere Over the Rainbow’ [VIDEO]

21 children from Newton, Connecticut gathered one month after the school shooting tragedy to sing Somewhere Over the Rainbow. The moving song was recorded at the home of  singer and songwriter Ingrid Michaelson.

The children also performed on Good morning America Tuesday morning.

The track is on sale now through digital retailers with proceeds going to Newtown Youth Academy and the United Way of Western Connecticut.

I teared up as I watched these beautiful children sing this song in GMA. It was so soulful, so beautifully sung, and it was great to know that they did this in remembrance of the victims. Please support them. - A. Johnson
