Rollover on I-90 West of Sioux Falls, 1 Person Dead

There was a rollover accident west of Sioux Falls this morning.  According to Argus 911 the accident occurred on a bridge west of Sioux Falls near exit 379 along Interstate 90.

Two passengers were ejected from the vehicle and were being transported to a local hospital.

According to a Trooper on hand, speed was most likely a factor in the roll over.

KSFY is reporting that one person has died as a result of the accident.

Captain Kevin Joffer, South Dakota Highway Patrol, confirms there was one fatality in the accident. Later Tuesday, South Dakota Highway Patrol is expected to issue a news release with more details on the crash.
