He claims to be the one who fired the shots that killed al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden. His name is Robert O'Neill.

O'Neill has been reported as arrested for driving under the influence in Montana early Friday morning. This is according to the Butte-Silver Bow County sheriff's department.

O'Neill was found asleep in his car around 2:30 AM. The motor was running and the reverse lights were on.

When police woke him up, he appeared to be intoxicated and confused. He failed multiple sobriety tests on the scene and at the jail.

O'Neill told the Washington Post in an interview in 2014 that he fired the two shots that killed bin Laden. He also appeared on FOX News on TV in this interview back in 2014:
