Rare Ice Circle Forms on North Dakota River
A rare ice circle formed on the Sheyenne River in North Dakota. George Loegering of Casselton, ND. recorded the massive ice disc that was actually spinning in the river. He estimated it to be nearly 50 feet in diameter.
At the time of this posting, nearly 30,000 people have shared the natural phenomenon with only one person crediting aliens - so far.
