Rapid City Police Officer Comes to a Deer’s Rescue

Officer Rich Holt of the Rapid City Police Department recently came across a deer in need of some help . It was stuck in a fence.

So, the officer stopped, wrapped the deer in a blanket and helped it get free. And it was all caught on the his car's dash cam. Check it out.
