Police Search for Man Who Exposed Himself on the Campus of DWU in Mitchell

A young woman on the campus of Dakota Wesleyan University was witness to a book-worm of a different kind on Thursday, when a man exposed his genitals to her while the student was studying.

The incident took place in the McGovern Library on the DWU campus on Thursday, April 14, 2016.

Mitchell police say the subject approached the victim in the library, lowered his pants and exposed his genitals to her.

The subject is a white, male, between 25 and 30 years old with a light build. He had a buzz cut, and was wearing a dark blue or purple shirt with purple flannel pants when he had them on.
