A Sioux Falls man is accused of punching his girlfriend and her two-year-old son in an extended incident Sunday night that took them into Lincoln County.

Officer Sam Clemens says the 33-year-old woman and her son were with her boyfriend, who was upset because of some messages she had received.

He says the man drove around and stopped on a gravel road, and then he poured beer on the woman and her child, dragged her out of the car by her hair, threatened to kill her, tore her clothing and punched her repeatedly:

Clemens says the man pulled the woman back into the car and drove to his sister's mobile home in the 2000 block of West Orwin Place.

Once inside, he again poured beer on the woman and her son, then dragged the woman by her hair into the bathroom, where he punched both her and her son.

Clemens says the man then went outside for a smoke and the woman stayed behind to call police.

He says 32-year-old Lindsey Jordan Chasing Horse Senior was arrested for domestic assault, abuse or cruelty to a minor, false imprisonment and resisting arrest.
