Police: Man Pulls Down Pants in Panda Express Restaurant in Sioux Falls

Sioux Falls Police are searching for a man who exposed himself in a restaurant.

Police Information Officer Sam Clemens says the incident took place at the Panda Express on East Arrowhead Parkway on Thursday afternoon.

"We had a girl who was inside eating. While she was there, a guy was walking around inside the restaurant. He ended walking up to her---pulled down his pants and exposed himself to her. Once the victim noticed what was happening, she yelled at the suspect. He took off. The incident was reported to police. We are trying to figure out who this guy is. We don't have a lot to go on right now. But, the restaurant does have surveillance video inside the store. Hopefully we can figure out who he is."

The suspect is described as a w white male, slender build and around six feet tall.

The victim is a 19 year old female from Larchwood, Iowa.
