I recently road tripped to Kadoka, South Dakota to spend a weekend hanging out with our son Logan who is teaching school out west. Sure, we had a good time, but I also learned a couple things while I was there.

One of my new discoveries was you can make a pretty mean tater tot on a Pizzazz Pizza maker. When he first mentioned that he was going to use it instead of the oven I was skeptical. I think I even teased him a bit when he took so long to painstakingly evenly space and separate the little nuggets. He did say, make sure you use both burners on the Pizzazz to make it work best.

So, how did it turn out? Really pretty darn good!  Clean up was a breeze. I asked if he'd tried any other foods. He said he tried fish sticks. But they weren't quite as good.

How about you? Do you have a Pizzazz? Made anything other than pizza on it lately? If you have, let me know about it. Email me today. jdcollins@kikn.com

Oh, and share this story with your Facebook and Twitter friends. They might want to try it!

Wanda just shared this!

We make chicken nuggets, cheese balls, mozzarella sticks, french fries, pretty much anything you want- oh and grill cheese aren't too shabby on it either----it works great in the summer for pre-teen and teens making lunches- they don't heat up whole house with the oven and is less dangerous (and fattening) than deep fat fryer.
