Police say no charges have been filed yet after a motorcycle crash in Sioux Falls early Thursday.

Information Officer Sam Clemens says the 24-year-old man was driving the 1999 Yamaha motorcycle at speeds of 60 to 65 miles per hour when he struck a curb in the 3900 block of South Duluth Avenue around 3:20am.

Clemens says the driver was not wearing a helmet and he suffered head injuries. He also says the man had been drinking.
