New stuff Tuesday features some great new Country Music!  Did you hear the new song from Eric Church this morning on Kickin' Country?  She Love's Me Like Jesus Does?

It's a great song!  We picked up on 'why Eric did the song' from Songfacts:

Shortly after writing the Chief album, Church learned that he was going to become a father, with a baby boy due in October, 2011. Said Church: "Ironically, the one song to me that has taken on a different meaning is the song I didn’t write, which is 'Like Jesus Does.' I have always loved my wife. When you are having a kid, it’s a totally different thing. That song’s a lot about that. I have a ton of imperfections. I have always been open about that; I mean 'Sinners Like Me' was about that. She has always made me better than who I am and I think that now, in recording that song before finding out we were pregnant, and listening to it now, it’s an even deeper meaning. So I am very glad, very glad that song is on the record, and was something we already decided to do before that because it made it that much sweeter."

That got us wondering, who wrote the song?  Songfacts Says:

This song was written by Casey Beathard and Monty Criswell. Beathard's credits include "The Boys of Fall" by Kenny Chesney and "The Breath You Take" by George Strait. Criswell co-wrote Strait's song "I Saw God Today."
