Miranda Lambert will parlay her finesse as a red carpet fashion maven into the role of a guest-starring celebrity stylist judge on an upcoming episode of 'Project Runway,' which is set to kick off its 11th season next month.

The reigning CMA Female Vocalist of the Year will join a host of A-list celebrities confirmed to appear as a guest judge on long-running reality show, including Bette Midler, Susan Sarandon, Joan Rivers and Jordana Brewster of TNT’s Dallas.

“Bad, real bad. I didn’t get style until I got on ‘Nashville Star," the now-glamorous Lambert says of her fashion identity as a teenager. "I didn’t wear any makeup. I would wear wind pants and T-shirts to school. Hideous."

Luckily for Lambert -- and 'Project Runway' producers -- the 'Mama's Broken Heart' singer blossomed into one of the identifiable beauties to grace red carpet events, even if a T-shirt, jeans and a good pair a boots are still Lambert's first choice for everyday wear.

The country superstar's fashion sense can be found on permanent display at the Pink Pistol, her new Oklahoma-based boutique store, which carries boots, belts, clothing, home goods, jewelry and accessories.

'Project Runway' series regulars Heidi Klum, Nina Garcia and Tim Gunn will all return in the new season, which will premiere on Jan. 24 on the Lifetime network. Famed fashion guru Zac Posen is set to replace Michael Kors, who cites scheduling conflicts as his reason for not returning to the new season. Kors will return to the set for the season finale.

No air date for Lambert's episode has been released.
