Roughly $4,000 worth of crystal meth was seized from a Huron, South Dakota home on Monday, July 25, 2016, according to Huron authorities.

In addition to the crystal meth, a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia was also confiscated.

After the search, Jordan Bachmann, 26, of Huron was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute, possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana with the intent to distribute, keeping a place for use or sale of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and violating a drug-free zone.

The search was a coordinated effort between Huron Police and the South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation.

This latest arrest comes on the heels of a drug bust earlier in the month when authorities seized several pounds of crystal meth and black tar heroin from a Brookings, South Dakota man.
