According to Yahoo Sports Adrian Wojnarowski, a deal is in place that will move Kevin Love from the Minnesota Timberwolves to the Cleveland Cavaliers for Andrew Wiggins, Anthony Bennett and a 2015 first round protected pick.

The end looks like it is finally coming to fruition in the Kevin Love trade saga and then end destination is the same destination that the most coveted free agent this summer in LeBron James.

This move in my opinion works great for both teams and franchises both in the short term and the long term.

Cleveland gets Kevin Love, a true superstar in this league to play along side the best player on the planet, some young talent mixed with some vets.  Truly a championship contender immediately.

As for the Timberwolves, they get arguably the best talent to come out of the 2014 NBA Draft in a Draft where is was considered the most talented at the top since 2003 when Lebron, Dwade, Melo and Bosh were all selected in the lottery.

Plus, they pick up the #1 pick from the 2013 NBA Draft in Anthony Bennett and accumulate another first round pick next year that can help to build this franchise back to a playoff team.

I really believe that in 3 years time, that Minnesota will be a top four team in the West again.  Time will tell, but the pieces are in place to do so.
