Things got a little ugly Monday night on Dancing With The Stars.  Kellie Pickler and Derek Hough along with Tristan MacManus danced a paso doble.  The crowd went wild.

Judges Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli raved about the dance.  Carrie Ann got out of her seat to praise Kellie and give her a hug. Bruno followed by coming down to the dance floor to heap praise on the dancers.

Len Goodman?  Well the British veneer went away.  Len lost his temper and even got a llittle foul mouthed!   "I was expecting more than flashing lights and crashing music," he said of the production. "It was a hodgepodge of moves just out there to titillate the taste buds. Where's the chasse capes? Where's the twist turns? Where's the recognizable paso doble? I can't believe it! This girl is so talented!"

While that seemed in line with proper criticism, Len was losing it, waving his arms and shouting feedback at the stage.

"I don't want to see flashing lights and crashing music! I wanted a paso doble, Derek!" he said, aiming most of his anger at the pro and rising from his seat. "You let me down! You know who knows about this stuff. You know I'm right."

By that time, Len wasn't the only one standing.  Both Bruno and Carrie Ann were on their feet.  Bruno shouted over him.  "Len is wrong!" Carrie Ann shouted "No!"

Len didn't like the feedback so he turned on Bruno. "You can't talk unless you stand up 'cause your vocal cords are stuck up your (expletive)!" Len lashed out.

By this time, the place was pandemonium, the crowd booing and host Tom Bergeron calling it a "bad daycare."

Carrie Ann and Bruno both gave them  perfect 10's while Len only thought it was worth a seven.

See which stars get lucky tonight and move on to the semi finals. The fun starts tonight at 8 central on ABC.

Watch how the whole thing got ugly.
