John Legend's hit 'All of Me' got a country makeover at the 2014 CMT Music Awards, as country stars Jennifer Nettles and Hunter Hayes joined him in an absolutely beautiful performance.

Arranged by the one and only ultra-talented Hayes, who accompanied Nettles and Legend on the acoustic guitar, the new version of the song sounded like it was made for a duet. The backing band included a cello and bass, as well as other instruments, allowing the two singers to showcase their vocals and the tight chemistry onstage.

Nettles stunned in a black leather halter dress, and Legend looked extra suave, as always, in a black leather jacket and pants. It may seem like an unlikely pair, but the two bonded as panelists on ABC's 'Duets' in 2012, and they met at President Obama's inauguration in 2009.

As for Hayes, Nettles admits she doesn't know him well, but has always admired his talents from afar. "... I think that he is super, super-talented. Clearly, he's a multi-instrumentalist and he is a great writer, not to mention a singer and a cutie. But everybody says 'singer' and 'cutie' first," she says. "The other part is what really interests me. I mean, not that (the more familiar part) doesn't -- but everybody sees that. I really respect his talents and his gifts as a musician as well as a front person. So, yeah, I'll be excited to get to work with him."

Fans showed their approval at the end of the song, giving the trio a standing ovation.
