It is Illegal to Take Voting Selfies In These States

What is this world coming to when you can't exercise your God given right to take a selfie wherever you want!?  Communism??

The Associated Press did the research and came up with the list of which state in the USA where it is illegal to take a selfie in the voting booth.

Now to be clear in South Dakota you CAN take a selfie of yourself while voting, but you CAN'T take a picture of your ballot.

Here are a few states and how they come down on the issue of Ballot Picture Posting:

• South Dakota - Illegal
• North Dakota - Legal
• Minnesota - Legal
• Nebraska - Legal
• Iowa - Unclear
