Grilling Is Illegal in Florida if the Smell Leaves Your Yard

Recently I learned that in our fine city of Sioux Falls you are not allowed to park a boat in your driveway. I thought that was insane, until I saw this.

This video shows a guy from the Florida environmental-something-or-other showing up at a man's house to tell him that a complaint was called in by a neighbor and that the smoke and smell from his grill can't leave his property. He doesn't even realize how stupid he sounds.

He even says that there is no specific consequence, just that he files a report and submits it. The video is a little long but I couldn't take my eyes off of it.
