If you’ve got $1.7 million and are looking for a spacious, rustic mansion where country artists have recorded, Gretchen Wilson has the place for you. The “Redneck Woman” has put her luxurious Paradise, Tenn., home on the market.

Wilson's 9,000 sq. ft. house comes complete with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and — oh yeah — a state of the art recording studio. The home has a modern cabin feel, particularly in its stunning great room decked in natural wood with a stone fireplace, huge plate glass windows to let nature shine through from the patio and fire pit and a horse saddle accent piece to complete the look. A branch-framed chandelier hangs above the kitchen table, and the gorgeous kitchen boasts a warm, inviting tone with the darker wood and a long row of bar stools.

The standout element, though, has to be the recording studio. It carries the same rustic feel throughout, but underneath a bold, almost medieval-inspired chandelier sits cutting edge recording consoles with a slick recording booth on the other side of the glass and stone. All of the recording equipment is also available for sale in addition to the house, individually or as a discounted package. Interested parties can visit this website for more.

Wilson recently recorded a tune with rockers Buckcherry called “The Feeling Never Dies,” which the band said was a perfect fit.

“I’ve always wanted to combine Buckcherry and country as a duet,” singer Josh Todd tells Taste of Country. “Gretchen killed this track and really brought out the passion in the song.”

According to her Twitter feed, Wilson has been busy writing songs for other artists to sing, but she hopes to be back with music of her own soon.
