Kelly Clarkson’s baby River Rose is one lucky gal to have the one and only Reba McEntire for a grandmother, and it looks like the redheaded country icon feels the same way.

McEntire was able to catch one of Clarkson’s shows this weekend in Pittsburgh with friend (and former co-star on her TV show Reba) Melissa Peterman, who posted an adorable photo of the two on Instagram on July 19.

McEntire expressed her adoration for her daughter-in-law on her Facebook page after the show, writing, “I had a blast at your show last night. I cried, I laughed and loved every word. You are something else! Love you very much.”

The country star's stepson, Brandon Blackstock, married Clarkson in October 2013. Clarkson, a pop-country crossover, was thrilled to join the Blackstock family, and even recently exclaimed her joy going a bit off script at the 2015 ACM Awards, saying with a laugh: “I have the best mother-in-law and all y’all can suck it!”

When she's not spending time with her family, the coolest grandma ever has been rocking her new Vegas show with Brooks & Dunn, titled Reba, Brooks and Dunn Together in Vegas, which is being discussed for an extension past December, when it is currently scheduled to end. McEntire performed for the first time in a decade on the 2015 CMT Music Awards this summer with her latest hit “Going Out Like That,” creating a memorable moment for all who watched.

Clarkson recently started her Piece by Piece Ttur in support of her latest album featuring her current single, “Invincible.” She made one show particularly special by inviting her adorable stepson, Seth, onstage to help lead the audience in a unique mashup of her song “Walk Away” and the pop mega-hit "Uptown Funk."
