Good News For Sioux Falls Drivers [VIDEO]

Chad Huwe of Sioux Falls Public Works says several road projects have been completed this week.

"It's a great time of the year.  Football's going on and we're wrapping up some road work.  Western Ave. south of 85th street is open to traffic again.  The intersection of  57th and Cliff is completely clear of the orange construction barrels."

But, Chad says Public Works will be working on several projects.  "On Friday, we'll be paving the south half of 14th street between Minnesota and Phillips.  Next week, there will be a lane closure for the week at 9th and Minnesota.   The big impact will be eastbound  Russel Street.  Both lanes will be closed by the Arena.  The detour will be south on Western Avenue---east on Madison street and then north on West avenue to get you back to Russel."

Chad urges drivers to slow down and take another route if you can!
