Hurray! It is almost football season again, and the Brigham Young University football players are showing their spirit by creating a parody of a recent Luke Bryan hit.

BYU’s special teams took a break from the field to come up with a creative and fun adaptation of Bryan’s song ‘Huntin’, Fishin’, and Lovin’ Every Day.” Their parody, entitled ‘Puntin’, Kickin’, and Lovin’ Every Day’ was developed to give props to special teams players nationwide, who may not get the acknowledgement they deserve.

The video’s YouTube caption reads “If you play on special teams, you know you never get any love. This song is dedicated to all specialists.”

The players certainly spent a lot of time on it, coming up with fun lyrics like: “I always get a little buzz, when I watch it go spiraling up. Will it ever come down? I honestly don’t know.” Another one that made me giggle was “If I could make a livin’ of kickin’ up balls, and never worry about returning calls.”

The players acted in the video themselves, with scenes on the field, in the stands and in their locker room. Check out the fun music video parody!
