Faith Temple Preparing for Thursday Morning Monster Produce Giveaway

Faith Temple Church in Sioux Falls known for its weekly Food Giveaways is ready to hand out produce beginning at 10:30 A.M. Thursday in the church's parking lot.

Pastor Jeff Hayes says the church is expecting about 30 thousand pounds of produce.

"We are working directly with Feeding South Dakota. They've had a couple semis come in this week and we're the avenue for dispersing the food."

Pastor Hayes says a variety of produce items will be available.

"There is going to be about 10 thousand pounds of potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, green peppers and even Salmon. A mass amount of produce will be here for residents."

The Produce Giveaway will take place Thursday morning beginning at 10:30 A.M. in the parking lot of Faith Temple Church located at 33rd and Western Avenue in Sioux Falls.
