Experience Hanging Out 1500 Feet Above the South Dakota Prairie

Standing at the Top of a TV Tower
Prairie Aerial via YouTube

You know those light that you see on the tops of TV and radio towers? Just like any light bulb they need to be changed.

In the case of the inactive KDLT TV analog broadcast antenna near Salem, SD it only takes one guy, Kevin Schmidt, to change the light bulb. Thank to the folks at Prairie Aerial you can climb the whole 1500 feet with him.

This is scary and fascinating!
