...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM CDT FRIDAY...

* TIMING...AREAS OF LIGHT RAIN OR DRIZZLE THROUGH MIDDAY WILL QUICKLY
  DEVELOP INTO A BAND OF SNOW THROUGH THE EARLY AFTERNOON. THE SNOW
  WILL BECOME MODERATE TO HEAVY AT TIMES...ESPECIALLY FROM 300 PM
  THROUGH 1100 PM. SNOWFALL RATES OF AN INCH PER HOUR WILL BE
  LIKELY...WHICH COULD RESULT IN HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS DURING
  THE EVENING COMMUTE. SNOW AND AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW WILL LINGER
  INTO FRIDAY MORNING...ESPECIALLY EAST OF INTERSTATE 29.

* ACCUMULATIONS...5 TO 10 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THE
  HEAVIEST AMOUNTS IN SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA.

* WIND AND VISIBILITY...NORTH TO NORTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 20
  TO 30 MPH TONIGHT AND FRIDAY MORNING...RESULTING IN AREAS OF
  BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW. VISIBILITY WILL BE REDUCED TO A HALF
  MILE OR LESS AT TIMES...ESPECIALLY DURING PERIODS OF HEAVIEST
  SNOWFALL IN THE LATE AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
