Last year Governor Dennis Daugaard took the forward-thinking step of voting down a discriminatory anti-trans bill (or bathroom bill if you want).

This decision was not only the morally correct thing to do, it was the economically correct thing to do because the bill would have cost South Dakota and Sioux Falls especially millions of dollars in lost revenue.

Now, a group is looking to put the idea back on the ballot in 2018.

Not if Jeff Thurn has anything to say about it.
