Daycare Meth Dealer Sentenced in Sioux Falls

The daycare worker who was minding kids and sales of meth will spend five years behind bars.

Jennifer Darger, 34, was sentenced Wednesday October 28, 2015 to 15 years in the state penitentiary with ten years suspended by the judge.

Darger was arrested in March after a raid of her in-home daycare “Jenn’s Gem’s." Two of Darger’s children were present in addition to three other children in her care.

Police found seven bags of meth and drug paraphernalia . Darger also admitted to selling the drug out of her residence. Darger was taken into custody following the hearing.
