The best nickname of Super Bowl XLVIII has to go to Terrance “Pot Roast” Knighton.

However, after listening to him at Media Day, 'Pot Roast' hasn’t always been his nickname, nor is it a dish that he has eaten a lot.

According to his response, he has actually only eaten pot roast twice. Once earlier this year after the nickname was coined on a flight back to Denver and the second one came last week while he and the offense line ate in downtown Denver.

Not only were they treated to pot roast, apparently the restaurant came up with their own variation, creating pot roast egg rolls.

In addition, although those guys probably ran up a big tab, the restaurant exchanged some grub for some autographs.

Although the nickname has garnered Knighton attention, his play has garnered him respect and he explained how he has a 'special sack dance' prepared for the viewers come Super Bowl Sunday.

Furthermore, Knight talked about what a win can do for a persons career off the field as well.  Obviously the recognition, but also the endorsements, which he says a win could "seal up a Chunky Soup deal".

So even though pot roast is a dish, not a company, the endorsers could be lining up to affiliate with Terrance 'Pot Roast' Knighton.
