It was a cold January morning many, many, many years ago. An 8 pound, 2 ounce baby girl was born to Mr. and Mrs. Brown. The names Jennifer Lee and Myra Jean were tossed around but, "Karla" finally stuck. No, I wasn't named after my grandma or any other important figure in my parent's life. I was named after a soap opera character on "General Hospital." Fast forward many, many, many years and here I am. I wanted this job so bad, I started on Christmas Eve, 1994. Now, that's dedication! My interests include stalking Rick Springfield, stalking Ben Davis and stalking Todd Heitkamp. Join me from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. every weekday and we'll "MIX it up!"
