It was an exciting finish to the regular season at the Elmen Center this past weekend.  Winona was in town and the game came down to a last second shot.  With time running out Winona through 3 players at Cameron McCaffery (rightfully so) but Cam hit Alex Richter in the corner who drained a 3.

College basketball is exciting on any level, and when you get an exciting finish to a game it makes it that much better!

Augustana now heads into the NSIC/Sanford Health Men's Basketball Tournament.  Their first game will be home in the Elmen Center Wednesday, February 27th in the Elmen Center on the campus of Augustana College.

It's really been quite a year for the Vikings.  Their Freshmen have been main players in their success this year.  And they've been excelling in a very difficult league this year in the NSIC.  Check out this story taken from goaugie.com.
