At Age 81 There’s No Slowing down for Willie Nelson, Set to Co-Star in New Movie

(AP) - At the age of 81, Willie Nelson will once again be a movie star.

Rolling Stone reports Nelson will play a retired vaudeville star in the film Waiting For The Miracle To Come. It's about a young girl who finds a letter from her late father directing her to a gold mine in California.

Bono is an executive producer on the film and will write a song for Nelson to sing on the soundtrack. Filming begins next month.
