I've always been a brush teeth, floss, mouthwash kind of guy.  Apparently I've been doing it all wrong.

According to goodtoknow.com you should go floss, mouthwash, then brush.  Matthew Lloyd from WhiteWash Laboratories says:

'As a general rule, the reason I champion the Floss-Wash-Brush regime is simply down to the fact it is better to remove plaque and food debris with floss before rinsing the bacteria away with an alcohol-free mouthwash.'

How often are you brushing your teeth?  Reports say 1 in 4 are not brushing their teeth even twice a day.

I was always taught to brush after every meal.  I don't always make that, but I do brush at least twice a day

What about you?  What is your teeth brushing routine?  Do you floss every day?
