I hate to admit this, but I really depend on my cell phone.  Like so many, I can't live without it. I need it to run a mobile entertainment business, receive weather and news alerts and texts from co-workers, family and friends. If this were 1978, I wouldn't last five minutes!

That was very apparent earlier today.  My wife called me.  I could hear her, but she couldn't hear me.  She had some important news to tell me.

Since it was about time for me to report back to work, I made a mad dash over to Cellular Only on 41st Street with my iPhone 4.

JR was the first to greet me.  I told him what was wrong and it wasn't long until he was on the phone with tech support and troubleshooting the problem.  He had to back up the entire data base, wipe it, and start over.

It didn't take long for JR to get to the bottom of it.  He had the data base reloaded and the phone rebooted in no time at all. I was able to be back at work in time.

I have been a loyal customer of Cellular Only for many years.  Each time I have had a problem, they have been able to resolve it quickly.  Never once have I went away unsatisfied with their expert service.  It's peace of mind knowing they are close and that they are truly experts at what they do.
