Talk about customer service: Hotel returns forgotten stuffed tiger to MN family, with 'extras'. http://kare11.tv/1K2kikN

I've left things behind at a hotel before - a blanket, pop in the mini fridge, a small cooler - but none of those items had any sentimental value. Recently, Minnesotan, Jane Molas and her family traveled to a family reunion in Sheldon, Iowa and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. When they returned home, they realized they had forgotten a stuffed tiger owned by Molas' two-year-old son, Netza.

About a week later, a package arrived in the mail containing Netza's stuffed Tiger (who he calls "Baby Tigee"). The package also came with a note and some pictures chronicling the stuffed animal's extended stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The employees took pictures of the tiger playing in one of the hotel dryers, eating pancakes, drinking coffee and ringing a bell at the front desk. A note read:

Hello from the Holiday Inn Express and Suites, Sheldon, Iowa! We loved having your tiger friend stay with us! The little riger really enjoyed having pancakes at night. It also loved fresh hot coffee. Your little tiger was a big help at the front desk and a big help with laundry, but now it is time for your tiger friend to go back home. It really misses you and wants to play with you again. We hope you have enjoyed your stay with us as much as your little tiger did. We hope you come back to visit again soon. Have a great day!

We seem to always hear the negative customer service stories and it was quite refreshing to read this story of a caring staff at the Holiday Inn Express.
