Last October, we introduced you to Frankie MacDonald.  Frankie brought us up to speed with a massive fall storm that was going to impact South Dakota, including Sioux Falls. Frankie is back with another video to warn us of another storm developing Tuesday.

Here's what the National Weather Service says about the weather in Sioux Falls...but really, who can believe them?

Tuesday: Occasional showers and thunderstorms, mainly before 5pm. High near 70. Breezy, with a southeast wind 15 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

Tuesday Night: A chance of showers and thunderstorms before 8pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 56. Southeast wind 10 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%.

Wednesday: A chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 72. South wind 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
