This is truly an amazing story about a 9-year old girl from Miami, Florida. Milla Bizzotto is the youngest competitor ever to compete a 24-hour obstacle race designed by the U.S. Navy Seals. The reason behind it will melt your heart. She did this to raise awareness against bullying.

To prepare for this event, Milla has been training for nine months, five days a week for three hours a day. Her mission, she says, is to lead a movement she calls it inspiration for the iPad generation.

No more excuses to skip a workout!
